# Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

Hareword LLC (Pragmatic Growth) values its users' privacy. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") will help you understand how we collect and use personal information from those who visit our website or make use of our online facilities and services, and what we will and will not do with the information we collect. Our Policy has been designed and created to ensure those affiliated with Pragmatic Growth of our commitment and realization of our obligation not only to meet, but to exceed, most existing privacy standards.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy at any given time. If you want to make sure that you are up to date with the latest changes, we advise you to frequently visit this page.

This Policy applies to Pragmatic Growth, and it governs any and all data collection and usage by us. Through the use of https://www.pragmaticgrowth.com, you are therefore consenting to the data collection procedures expressed in this Policy.

This Policy also covers the Pragmatic Growth MCP service at https://mcp.pragmaticgrowth.com, which lets invited customers use their own Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and Meta ad accounts from an AI agent of their choice. The sections "The Pragmatic Growth MCP Service" to "Google API Services User Data Policy" below explain what that service reads, what it stores and what it never does with that data. Use of the service is also governed by our Terms of Service at https://pragmaticgrowth.com/terms.

Please note that this Policy does not govern the collection and use of information by companies that Pragmatic Growth does not control, nor by individuals not employed or managed by us. If you visit a website that we mention or link to, be sure to review its privacy policy before providing the site with information. It is highly recommended and suggested that you review the privacy policies and statements of any website you choose to use or frequent to better understand the way in which websites garner, make use of and share the information collected.

Specifically, this Policy will inform you of the following:

- What personally identifiable information is collected from you through our website;
- Why we collect personally identifiable information and the legal basis for such collection;
- How we use the collected information and with whom it may be shared;
- What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data; and
- The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.

- Information automatically collected when visiting our website, which may include cookies, third party tracking technologies and server logs.
- Any personal information you submit in any forums, chats or blogs.

When you use the Website, we may also collect information about your use of the Website and the device used to access the Website that relates to you, but on its own does not identify you (“non-personal information”) such as your:

- IP address and country location.
- Browser information (including browser type, capabilities, and language).
- Operating system.
- Date and time you accessed the Website.
- Website usage information, including the paths taken as you move from one website or webpage to another website or webpage (i.e., your “click stream” activity).

To the extent Pragmatic Growth associates your personal information with non-personal information within our database, we will treat all the associated information as personal information under this Privacy Policy.

Please rest assured that this site will only collect personal information that you knowingly and willingly provide to us by way of emails or related correspondence. It is the intent of this site to use personal information only for the purpose for which it was requested, and any additional uses specifically provided for in this Policy.

## Why We Collect Information and For How Long

We are collecting your data for several reasons:

- To better understand your needs and provide you with the services you have requested;
- To fulfill our legitimate interest in improving our services and products;
- To contact you to fill out surveys or participate in other types of market research, when we have your consent to do so;
- To customize our website according to your online behavior and personal preferences.

The data we collect from you will be stored for no longer than necessary. The length of time we retain said information will be determined based upon the following criteria: the length of time your personal information remains relevant; the length of time it is reasonable to keep records to demonstrate that we have fulfilled our duties and obligations; any limitation periods within which claims might be made; any retention periods prescribed by law or recommended by regulators, professional bodies or associations; the type of contract we have with you, the existence of your consent, and our legitimate interest in keeping such information as stated in this Policy.

## Use of Information Collected

Pragmatic Growth does not now, nor will it in the future, sell, rent or lease any of its customer lists and/or names to any third parties. Pragmatic Growth may collect and may make use of personal information to assist in the operation of our website and to ensure delivery of the services you need and request. At times, we may find it necessary to use personally identifiable information as a means to keep you informed of other possible products and/or services that may be available to you from https://www.pragmaticgrowth.com

Pragmatic Growth may also be in contact with you with regards to completing surveys and/or research questionnaires related to your opinion of current or potential future services that may be offered.

Pragmatic Growth uses various third-party social media features including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and other interactive programs. These may collect your IP address and require cookies to work properly. These services are governed by the privacy policies of the providers and are not within Pragmatic Growth's control.

## Disclosure of Information

Pragmatic Growth may not use or disclose the information provided by you except under the following circumstances:

- As necessary to provide services you have requested;
- In other ways described in this Policy or to which you have otherwise consented;
- In the aggregate with other information in such a way so that your identity cannot reasonably be determined;
- As required by law, or in response to a subpoena or search warrant;
- To outside auditors who have agreed to keep the information confidential;
- As necessary to enforce the Terms of Service;
- As necessary to maintain, safeguard and preserve all the rights and property of Pragmatic Growth.

## Non-Marketing Purposes

Pragmatic Growth greatly respects your privacy. We do maintain and reserve the right to contact you if needed for non-marketing purposes (such as bug alerts, security breaches, account issues, and/or changes in Pragmatic Growth services). In certain circumstances, we may use our website to post a notice.

## Children under the age of 13

Pragmatic Growth's website is not directed to, and does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from, children under the age of thirteen (13). If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system's database, or in the alternative, that verifiable parental consent is obtained for the use and storage of such information. Anyone under the age of thirteen (13) must seek and obtain parent or guardian permission to use this website.

## Unsubscribe or Opt-Out

All users and visitors to our website have the option to discontinue receiving communications from us by way of email or newsletters. To discontinue or unsubscribe from our website please send an email that you wish to unsubscribe to serkan@pragmaticgrowth.net. If you wish to unsubscribe or opt-out from any third-party websites, you must go to that specific website to unsubscribe or opt out. Pragmatic Growth will continue to adhere to this Policy with respect to any personal information previously collected.

## Analytics and Session Replays

We use Mixpanel (Mixpanel, Inc., United States) to understand how the site is used. Mixpanel loads only if you choose "Accept" in the consent box shown on the site; until you choose, or if you choose "Decline", no analytics data is collected and the Mixpanel code is never loaded.

With your consent we record:

- The pages you view, the links and buttons you click (with their text), how far you scroll, and whether you start or complete booking a call;
- Session replays, a screen-recording style playback of your visit: page text stays visible, and anything you type into a form field is always hidden;
- Your browser, operating system, screen size, the page that referred you and any campaign (UTM) tags;
- Your country, region and city, derived from your IP address. Mixpanel does not store the IP address once the location is derived.

This data is sent through pragmaticgrowth.com to Mixpanel's servers in the United States, with a random identifier kept in your browser's local storage (localStorage). We do not use cookies for analytics. Session replays are kept for 30 days. We do not link this data to your name or email address, and we do not sell it.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a); for visitors in Turkey, explicit consent under KVKK Articles 5 and 9), which also covers the transfer to the United States. You can withdraw consent at any time from the "Cookie settings" link at the foot of every page; recording then stops and the data Mixpanel stored in your browser is deleted. To have data already collected deleted, email serkan@pragmaticgrowth.com.

## The Pragmatic Growth MCP Service

The MCP service at https://mcp.pragmaticgrowth.com connects AI agents (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Codex) to advertising and website tools through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Access is by invitation only: we create each customer account and choose which MCP servers it may use. The customer then signs in at https://mcp.pragmaticgrowth.com/connect, connects their own Google or Meta account, and adds the MCP server to their AI agent.

When you connect an account, Google or Meta shows you a consent screen that lists the permissions (scopes) requested, and nothing is connected until you approve it. We ask only for the scopes of the MCP servers your account may use:

- Google account identity (openid, email, profile): to know which Google account is connected and to show its email address and name on your connections page.
- Google Ads (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords): to read accounts, campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets and performance reports, and, when you ask your AI agent to, to create, change, pause or remove them in the Google Ads accounts your Google account can reach.
- Google Tag Manager (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tagmanager.readonly, tagmanager.edit.containers, tagmanager.edit.containerversions, tagmanager.delete.containers, tagmanager.publish, tagmanager.manage.accounts and tagmanager.manage.users): to read accounts, containers, workspaces, tags, triggers and variables, and, when you ask your AI agent to, to create, edit and delete them, create and publish container versions, and manage account settings and user permissions.
- Google Search Console (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters): to read search performance, the list of sites, sitemaps and URL inspection results, and, when you ask your AI agent to, to add or remove sites and submit or delete sitemaps.
- Meta (ads\_read, ads\_management, business\_management): to read ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, audiences, lead forms and insights, and, when you ask your AI agent to, to create, change and delete them in the ad accounts and Business Managers your Meta account can reach.

The MCP service acts only when your AI agent calls one of its tools, and your agent calls them on your instructions. We do not run anything in your Google or Meta accounts on our own, in the background or for our own purposes.

## Data From Your Google and Meta Accounts

We do not keep the data your AI agent reads or changes through the MCP service. Each request goes from your agent to our service, which sends it to the Google or Meta API with your access token and passes the answer straight back to your agent. Reports, campaign and ad data, tag configurations, search data, lead form responses and audience lists are not saved in our database or in our logs, and we do not look at them. Our logs record only technical details of each call, such as the tool name, whether it succeeded and how long it took.

To keep your connection working we store only:

- The OAuth access and refresh tokens that Google or Meta issue when you connect, encrypted (AES-GCM) before they are written to our database;
- The connected account's ID, its name and (for Google) its email address, the scopes you granted, and whether that account can reach Google Ads and Google Tag Manager;
- Settings you choose, such as a default Meta ad account or a Google Ads manager account ID;
- Your customer account: your name and sign-in email, your password and API keys as one-way hashes, and a log of sign-ins, connections and key changes that contains no Google or Meta data.

Tokens and connection details are kept only while your account stays connected. Disconnecting an account at https://mcp.pragmaticgrowth.com/connect deletes its stored tokens at once, and closing your customer account deletes the tokens of every connection. You can also remove our access at any time from your Google Account (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions) or from Meta's Business Integrations settings; the stored tokens then stop working. To have your customer account and its records deleted, email serkan@pragmaticgrowth.com and we will do it within one month.

The MCP service runs on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., United States), which hosts its servers and database and sends invitation and password emails. Errors are reported to Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., United States) after tokens, email addresses and other personal data are removed.

## Your AI Agent

You choose the AI agent you connect to the MCP service, and you connect it yourself. What your agent receives through our tools is shown to it at your request, and what the agent's provider (for example Anthropic, OpenAI or Cursor) keeps, uses or shares is governed by your agreement with that provider, not by this Policy. We do not control those agents, we do not receive your conversations with them, and we are not responsible for how they store or use data. Please read your agent provider's privacy policy and data retention settings before connecting an account.

## Google API Services User Data Policy

Pragmatic Growth's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

- We use data from Google APIs only to provide the features you ask for through your AI agent, and we transfer it only to the AI agent you connect, at your request, or where the law requires it;
- We do not use Google or Meta user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build profiles of you or for credit or lending decisions;
- We do not use Google or Meta user data to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models;
- No person at Pragmatic Growth reads your Google or Meta user data unless you give us permission for a specific request (for example a support question), it is needed for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or the law requires it.

Data received from Meta is handled in the same way and under the Meta Platform Terms.

In addition to the rights above, please rest assured that we will always aim to encrypt and anonymize your personal information whenever possible.
