Approach

Process First, Then Software

Most software projects start with a tool. Ours start with the people doing the work, and end with the problems below running through one system.

The Method

Map, Design, Build, Grow

Four steps. Each one ends with something you can hold.

  1. Map

We sit with your team and trace how the work really flows today, email by email, sheet by sheet.

  2. Design

We agree the ideal process with you on a canvas before a line of code is written.

  3. Build

We build the system that runs it, with AI doing the repetitive steps. The first part goes live early, and you own the code.

  4. Grow

Every quarter we plan the next improvements with you across operations, sales and pricing.

  1. Map · What you get

    • A map of today's process
    • Where time and money leak
    • The steps worth taking over
  2. Design · What you get

    • The ideal process on a canvas
    • What the system will and won't do
    • An agreed scope and plan
  3. Build · What you get

    • Working software, live in stages
    • AI in the steps it can take over
    • Your team trained on it
  4. Grow · What you get

    • A quarterly plan with you
    • The next processes to build
    • Improvements from real use

Works With What You Have

Connected to the Tools You Already Use

Your email, accounting software, spreadsheets and databases stay. The new system talks to them, so nobody types the same thing twice.

Ownership

Yours From Day One

What we build belongs to you, and we make sure it stays that way.

You Own the Code

The code, the data and the documentation are yours. You can take them anywhere.

It Runs in Your Accounts

The system runs in cloud accounts you own, so access stays under your control.

Your Rules Apply

We build to the data and compliance rules you work under, KVKK and GDPR included.

One System, Not Ten

One place for the work and one version of the truth, instead of a pile of files and tools.

Questions

What Owners Ask Us

How long does it take?

Mapping and designing one process takes a few weeks. Building depends on the process: AJ Worldwide's sales CRM was ready to test 18 days after the design meeting, and its pricing system, a whole department's work, went live in under five months. We build one process at a time, so something useful goes live early.

What does it cost to start?

The first step is the process canvas: we map how the work runs today and design the ideal process with you. It is a paid piece of work with a clear result, and it shows exactly what building the system involves before you commit to it.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The code, the data and the accounts the system runs in belong to your company.

We already have an ERP or a CRM. Do we have to replace it?

Usually not. We connect to what you have and replace only the spreadsheets and manual steps that sit between your systems.

How is AI used, and who checks it?

AI does specific jobs inside the process, such as reading an email or classifying an invoice line. When it is unsure it says so and hands the case to a person, and every step is logged.

What happens after launch?

We stay. Most clients keep working with us monthly or quarterly: we watch how the system is used, fix what gets in the way and build the next process.

Do we need a technical team?

No. Most of our clients do not have one. We build, run and document the system, and train the people who use it.

Do you work outside Turkey?

Yes. We work in English and Turkish, with companies in Turkey and abroad.
