Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 October 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Hareword LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Pragmatic Growth ("Pragmatic Growth", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the website at https://pragmaticgrowth.com (the "Website") and of the Pragmatic Growth MCP service at https://mcp.pragmaticgrowth.com (the "MCP Service"; together, the "Services").

By using the Services you accept these Terms. If you use them on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may bind that company, and "you" includes the company. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Services.

Our Privacy Policy at https://pragmaticgrowth.com/privacy explains how we handle personal data, including data from connected Google and Meta accounts, and forms part of these Terms. Consulting and build projects are governed by the separate written agreement for that project; where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.

The Website

The Website describes our services, our method and our past work. Its content is general information, not advice for your specific situation, and we may change it at any time. You may read, share and link to the Website for your own purposes, but you may not copy it in bulk, present it as your own, or use it to build a competing service.

The MCP Service

The MCP Service connects an AI agent of your choice to Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and Meta's advertising tools through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), using accounts that you connect and control. It is available by invitation only. We create each customer account and decide which MCP servers it may use, and we may add, change or remove servers and tools over time.

The MCP Service is a technical bridge. It does not decide what to do in your accounts: your AI agent chooses which tools to call based on your instructions, and the MCP Service carries out those calls with the access you granted.

Your Account and Its Security

Keep your password and API keys confidential and do not share them. You are responsible for all activity under your customer account, including calls made with your API keys and by every AI agent you connect to it. Tell us at once at serkan@pragmaticgrowth.com if you believe someone has used your account or a key without permission; you can also revoke keys yourself at https://mcp.pragmaticgrowth.com/connect.

Connecting Google and Meta Accounts

When you connect a Google or Meta account, you authorize us to access it through the permissions (scopes) shown on the provider's consent screen, only to carry out the calls your AI agent makes. You confirm that:

  • You have the right to connect that account and to let the MCP Service read and change the advertising accounts, Tag Manager containers and Search Console properties it can reach, including any that belong to your clients or employer;
  • Your use of those products stays subject to their own terms and policies, including the Google Ads Terms and Conditions, the Google APIs Terms of Service, Google's advertising policies, the Meta Platform Terms, Meta's Commercial Terms and Meta's Advertising Standards;
  • Any personal data you send through the MCP Service, such as customer lists for audiences or conversion events, was collected lawfully and may be used for that purpose.

You can withdraw this authorization at any time by disconnecting the account at https://mcp.pragmaticgrowth.com/connect or by removing our access in your Google or Meta account settings.

Your AI Agent and the Changes It Makes

Many tools of the MCP Service make real changes. On your instructions, your AI agent can create, edit, pause or delete campaigns, ads, audiences and budgets, change bids and spend, edit, delete and publish Tag Manager containers, change user permissions, and add or remove Search Console sites and sitemaps. AI agents can misread an instruction or make mistakes.

You are responsible for the instructions you give your agent, for reviewing what it proposes and does, and for every change and every amount of advertising spend in your accounts that results from it. We recommend that you use preview or validate-only options where a tool offers them, ask your agent to confirm before it changes anything, and connect only the accounts you need.

Your AI agent is provided by a third party (for example Anthropic, OpenAI or Cursor) under that provider's own terms. We do not control it, and we are not responsible for what it does with the data it receives or for the actions it chooses to take.

Your Data

You keep all rights to the data in your Google and Meta accounts and to anything you send through the Services. We claim no ownership of it. We use it only to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy and in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. The MCP Service passes data between your AI agent and Google or Meta and does not keep it; the only things it stores are the encrypted tokens and account details needed to keep your connection working.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or in breach of Google's or Meta's terms and policies;
  • Connect or act on accounts you are not authorized to use;
  • Share, sell or resell access to the Services or your API keys, or let others use your customer account;
  • Try to get around security, authentication or rate limits, probe for weaknesses, or access data that is not yours;
  • Overload the Services, or copy, reverse engineer or decompile them except where the law allows it;
  • Use the Services to send spam or malware, or to run advertising that is deceptive or infringes the rights of others.

Fees

The Website is free to use. Access to the MCP Service is given to invited customers on the terms agreed with them in writing, and no fee applies unless it has been agreed in writing first. Advertising spend in your Google and Meta accounts is billed to you by Google or Meta and is never paid to us.

Our Intellectual Property

The Services, including their software, design, text and graphics, belong to Pragmatic Growth or its licensors. While you comply with these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use them. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Third-Party Services

The Services work with, and link to, products we do not control, including Google, Meta, AI agents and the Cal.com calendar we use for booking calls. Those products are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, content or conduct. A change by Google or Meta to their APIs or policies may limit or stop parts of the MCP Service.

Availability and Changes to the Services

We work to keep the Services available but do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may suspend them for maintenance or security, and we may change or stop any part of them. Where a change significantly affects how you use the MCP Service, we will tell you by email in advance when we reasonably can.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time, disconnect your accounts and ask us to close your customer account. We may suspend or close your access to the MCP Service if you breach these Terms, if your use puts the Services, other customers or third parties at risk, if Google or Meta requires it, or if the law requires it; otherwise we will give you reasonable notice before we close an account. When an account is closed, its stored tokens are deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. The sections on your data, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law continue after termination.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant the results of any campaign, the accuracy of data returned by Google or Meta, or the correctness of any action an AI agent takes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Pragmatic Growth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or advertising spend, arising from or related to the Services, including changes made in your accounts by an AI agent, even if we were told such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Services is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for the MCP Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for gross negligence where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Pragmatic Growth and its members, employees and contractors from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your breach of Google's or Meta's terms or policies, the instructions you give your AI agent and the changes it makes in your accounts, or your violation of the rights of any third party.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any mandatory protection you have under the law of the country where you live.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we will tell MCP Service customers by email about any material change before it takes effect. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written agreement mentioned above, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may transfer ours to a successor of our business. Neither of us is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
